Welcome to FluxNote ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard your data when you use the FluxNote mobile application and our website (https://fluxnote.pixaiq.com).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our audio capturing, transcription, and AI-generated study tools, we collect the following types of information:
- ■ Audio Recordings & Audio Uploads: Voice notes and uploaded audio files that you record or import into the app.
- ■ Transcripts & Generated Material: Text transcriptions, summaries, task lists, flashcards, and quizzes generated from your audio files.
- ■ Account Credentials: Basic authentication details from your linked Google or Apple account (such as email address and user identifier), as the app exclusively supports sign-in through these platforms to sync data across devices.
- ■ Usage Information: De-identified data on app activity, performance metrics, and stability details to help optimize the user experience.
3. How We Process Data (OpenAI Processing)
FluxNote utilizes advanced AI technologies, specifically OpenAI's secure API models, to process your audio recordings, transcripts, and other text inputs.
Purpose:
Audio recordings and transcript texts are analyzed securely by OpenAI models to extract key concepts, form chronological summaries, parse task due dates, draft active recall flashcards, and structure review quizzes.
Privacy Safeguards & OpenAI Training Terms:
We process all data through OpenAI's secure API. In accordance with OpenAI's business terms, any data submitted via the API is never used to train their AI models, nor is it stored permanently. We do not sell or lease your voice files, transcriptions, or study materials to third parties, nor do we use them for advertising or marketing profiling.
4. Data Storage & Syncing
Your audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, flashcard decks, and quiz history are stored in secure cloud servers. This database infrastructure enables cross-device syncing, allowing you to access your study guides and notes from any phone or computer securely.
5. Account & Data Deletion
We respect your control over your data. In strict compliance with App Store and Google Play Store policies, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated information.
In-App Deletion
Open the FluxNote app, navigate to the Profile tab, scroll down to the bottom, and select Delete Account. This permanently wipes all transcripts, recordings, and data.
Email Request
Email our support at aisoft.assist@gmail.com from your registered email. We will process it within 48 business hours.
6. Security of Your Data
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical security measures designed to protect your data. However, please be aware that no security system is completely impenetrable. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute safety.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any updates.
