1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the FluxNote mobile application or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our Services.
2. User Accounts & Integrity
To access certain features of FluxNote, you must register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as necessary.
You must not use the Services for any unlawful activities or upload audio/text that violates intellectual property laws, contains abusive content, or includes malicious code.
3. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal
FluxNote offers optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions ("Premium Plan") to unlock expanded audio recording durations, unlimited flashcards, advanced quiz modules, and expanded AI advanced models processing.
Billing & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions bill weekly, monthly or annually. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the current period's end. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiration.
Refunds & No Free Trials
We do not offer a free trial for the Premium Plan. All subscriptions are billed immediately. Refund and transaction processes are handled directly by Apple (iTunes Store) or Google (Play Store) depending on your platform.
How to Cancel Subscriptions
You must manage subscriptions directly in your device platform settings:
iOS (Apple Store)
Device Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Select FluxNote > Cancel.
Android (Google Play)
Google Play Store > Profile Menu > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select FluxNote > Cancel.
4. AI-Generated Materials (OpenAI Disclaimer)
FluxNote generates study resources (such as transcript condensation, summary notes, task checklists, flashcards, and quizzes) using automated OpenAI models.
No Guarantee of Accuracy:
While AI models are highly advanced, automated generation can occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information (known as hallucinations).
User Verification Responsibility:
All AI-generated output is provided for educational and productivity reference only. You are solely responsible for verifying critical facts, terms, and deadlines (e.g., exam questions, meeting schedules, or project obligations) before relying on them. FluxNote is not responsible or liable for any errors, academic failures, or business losses resulting from inaccurate AI-generated data.
5. Intellectual Property
The FluxNote application, brand assets, site graphics, logo designs, and source code are the exclusive property of FluxNote. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our app on compatible mobile devices for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FluxNote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or academic standings, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
